Dr. Daniel Garcia

Dr. Daniel Garcia is a Toronto-born family physician with a BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University, and he completed graduate research in Motor Control and Learning supported by NSERC.

He earned his Medical Degree at University College Cork in Ireland and completed a Rural Family Medicine residency at the University of Saskatchewan, receiving the Alanna Danilkewich Resident Award for academic achievement. 

He serves as the Lead Physician for the Near North Family Health Organization, Co-Chair of the Primary Care Network, and Tri-Chair of the Nipissing Wellness Ontario Health Team. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the North Bay Physician Local Education Group and is an Assistant Professor with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, supervising medical students and Family Medicine residents in his community practice.
