Most care begins with a phone call or Ocean communication. If needed, an in-person visit will be arranged.

To make sure urgent and semi-urgent needs are seen quickly, routine appointments may be scheduled a few weeks out
Step 1: Submit your appointment request
Online: Submit an Online Request to send your request directly to our clinic
By phone: Call (705) 495-2685. Our receptionist will ask a few brief questions and enter them into our secure system
Step 2: We review requests at 11:00 AM (Monday to Thursday)
Submitted before 11:00 AM: Reviewed the same morning. We aim to address your request in the afternoon by phone or email
Submitted after 11:00 AM: Reviewed the next business morning. We aim to address your request in the afternoon by phone or email
Fridays, weekends, and holidays: Reviewed the next business morning. We aim to address your request in the afternoon by phone or email
Step 3: We contact you
We may call a little early or late if another patient needs extra time

Urgent or Semi-Urgent: Appointment within 7 days
Routine: Next available (may be several weeks)
We schedule by time and priority of concern, not number of issues
We’ll leave a message and may try again the same business day
If we still can’t reach you, we will try again the next business day
